The neighborhood was formerly occupied by farm land, including many closures of vines. The industrial revolution ended the work of the earth. This vineyard was rehabilitated during the development of the Belleville Park. Planted in 1992, this vineyard of Pinot meunier and Chardonnay occupies a surface of 250 m 2, for a total of 140 feet. Current production varies from two to three kilograms of grapes per foot, depending on years.
