In the Ganachaud family, ask for Father Bernard, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, the three daughters - Isabelle, Valérie and Marianne - and Olivier, one of the sons-in-law. Today, the house has several bakeries and a large number of franchisees of the famous "Gana flute" made from a very special sourdough that requires more time than the others (a water-flour-yeast mixture, prepared 6 hours before kneading). It all started in the 1960s, in the bakery of Ménilmontant where Bernard Ganachaud sold hot bread baked on a wood fire, and then things rushed by. The pastries are also excellent, the service efficient.
