When Japan and France meet on the cheese plan, amazing flavors are discovered! The manager, Sanae Hisada, is Japanese, and has toured France and its specialties to find the best cheeses in the country. She then opened numerous cheese factories in Japan before opening his shop in Paris. Here you will find a rather classic selection, including a wide selection of goats, but also incredible mixtures: Pearl pearl, fresh goat, wasabi, or yuzu, or sakura with its marinated cherry leaf.
