Gilles Barone conscientiously selects his meat, poultry and trioner's products in premises to satisfy demanding customers. His lamb comes from Poitou Charente, his farmer's pig in Auvergne, his chicken comes from reasoned agriculture. In poultry also, there is a geline from Touraine. The meat is well prepared and well-veined. Customers will tell you about their calf liver with exceptional quality. This rigor has already earned him distinction as one of the best butchers in the city, he has received a bronze medal and the artisanal recognition. He is excellent counsel and knows how to "place" his merchandise.
