Nighttime cruise is magical, entertaining live commentary (not recorded!) is definitely a plus. Boats are smaller than competitors and I believe the experience is more personalized. Nice docking area with cafe, perfect for waiting before boarding. Highly recommended! If tickets are sold out online, go to the ticket counter on site a few hours before and enquire there directly.

Would go on it again! We did the sunset cruise and it was beautiful! Plus you get a drink w the ticket. We had wine!
