Cette annulation de dernière minute a causé une grande déception, en particulier pour mon fils à qui j’avais promis cette sortie après un événement difficile. Il est extrêmement regrettable qu’une entreprise comme la vôtre ne tienne pas à jour ses informations, induisant ainsi ses clients en erreur.
De plus, lors de mon deuxième appel, votre interlocutrice n’avait plus trace de mon numéro, ce qui soulève des questions sur le sérieux du suivi des clients.
Suite à votre réponse je vous ai précisé que l'horaire que vous m'avez proposé n'allait pas car nous avions un train à prendre et que vous ne travaillerez plus avec la société ,à ce jour elle est encore là.
