Sinceramente un impresentable. Llamándole por teléfono y no lo cogía. Nos anuló dos veces el viaje. De las 10 de la mañana, pasamos a las 5.30 de la tarde, y luego a las 7. Le avisamos de que íbamos con una persona mayor en silla de ruedas y no ha tenido ningun tipo de consideración. Desde luego, nunca podré recomendarselo a nadie. Eso no se hace.

After making a reservation for a 10 am tour with Bruno (which I specified was very important because it is a present for someone that has a wheelchair and cannot walk) , 5 minutes before coming he sais that we did not confirm our booking (which is FALSE). However, we decided to book with him again for that evening thinking that it was a misunderstanding. We booked at 5:30 pm and he confirmed TWICE that he was coming. However, 5 minutes before arriving, he said that he could not come and that he was coming at 7pm .Besides from being totally unprofessional, he was also rude since he tried to blame it on us when it was all his fault. I would never recommend anyone to book with him. Such a waste of time.
