The school of Viet Vo Dao, founded in 1981, remains the oldest club in the capital to teach the Song Long method, a method that is midway between external martial art (to combat) and internal martial art (oriented towards meditation). Located just a stone's throw from Saint Eustatius church, it benefits from a magnificent setting. The teacher of the site, Bruno Eap, with his black belt 5 th dan, is one of the most experienced in Paris, a guarantee of serious and quality in the courses offered. The latter follow the Song Long method scrupulously: A warm, followed by the work of the various techniques, kuyens to practise alone or to two, exercises of hardening, flexibility and combat sessions. Finally, in order to improve, thematic internships: stick, sword or sword are organised all year round.
