Super hôtel, très bien situé et le personnel au top.
Resa au dernier moment pour 3 nuits et nous avons été upgradés, nous avons eu le le dernier étage avec terrasse et vue sur quasiment tout pari et notamment le Pompidou.

Hotel molto carino situato in una posizione super centrale e strategica sia per spostarsi a piedi sia per prendere i principali mezzi di trasporto da/per l’aeroporto. Personale splendido, di una gentilezza unica, pronto a venire incontro ad ogni minima esigenza.
Assolutamente consigliato! Ritornerò molto volentieri

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur des halles, pratique métro RER à proximité.
Le personnel d’accueil est vraiment sympathique et serviable ????je ne connaissais pas mais reviendrais sans problème

My stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. The service was nice, and its location near the city center and just 50 meters from the metro made it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. However, the rooms and the elevator seem a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. It's a decent choice for its location and service.

Hotel centrale, molto grazioso ed elegante e pulito. Il personale è gentile e efficiente nel risolvere ogni piccolo disservizio che potrebbe capitare. Un'ottima ospitalità. La colazione è buona. Sicuramente tornerò in questo accogliente hotel.

Hotel is perfectly located but this is the only plus of this place. Breakfast is terrible, so its better to get something from outside.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Obsługa miła.
To tyle jeśli chodzi o plusy.
Pokoje małe. Słabo wyposażone . Winda jedno osobowa dla dziecka bez walizek.
Śniadanie to porażka . Nic nie ma. Nawet soku wody. Jesli się znajdzie kelnera to może raczy przynieś wodę. Jeśli ktoś szuka ciszy w nocy to napewno nie ten hotel.
Hotel max 2 gwiazdki. 4 gwiazdki to chyba na niebie. Generalnie nie polecam za tą kasę .

Hotel staff are fab!!!can’t do enough for you!!the rooms…..we stayed on the 1st floor,my partner is a smoker so needed a balcony,we had a tiny tiny room but it had the balcony so was fine,only staying for 3 nights!….I will say for a 4 star hotel ……not up to scratch …..it’s tired ….the fact you have no stand up shower????not even a hook to put it on????that’s not 4 star!!!id stay with this hotel if you want a great base,amazing staff who cannot do enough for you,bit cheaper n some lovely places to eat on your doorstep ….enjoy xx

We were originally in a room that was so small it was hard to maneuver so we paid to upgrade to a suite on the top floor. The power on the floor went off on the floor around 10pm and it wasn't clear it would go back on so we had to move back down to another room. We assumed that would refund the difference between the room we paid for and the room they moved us to but after 5 requests (one in person, one on the phone and three emails), they will not respond. I was told to expect this by a staff member who said they make the owner aware of all kinds of issues and they never respond. Find a better place to stay.

Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel, mostly because the service is very good and people are nice. Fernando at the reception was wonderful and his attitude absolutely flawless. The location is equally very good because it's central. That said, the room needed an update (bathroom door, fridge, plus the elevator). Other than that, a positive experience overall.

Booked this hotel last minute, put in a request for early check in as we were already in Paris and wanted somewhere to leave bags before checking in properly later. The hotel were brilliant, very friendly staff, incredibly accommodating. As we had turned up early the original room we booked wasn't ready so we were upgraded at no extra cost. Room was brilliant, comfy bed, large shower, amazing views over the city from the room we had, also a roof terrace with this room which was an unexpected added extra, stunning views, touches like tea and coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits, rooms were cleaned regularly to a very high standard. Well looked after and made to feel very welcome. Hotel is very close to metro line, only a few stops from gare de nord and gare de lyon, walking distance of the louvre, not far from eiffel tower and the arc de triomphe. Close to bars and good food and night life. Definitely would book again.
