Hi there - I love your hotel. I just had one thing I wanted to relay: the soaps that your provide, while I’m sure they are very luxurious, probably have the strongest smells i’ve ever experienced. If you could either change out the soaps or give guests an option, I think it would make a large difference. I found the smell so strong that I was getting headaches. All the best!

Zu kleines Bett, nur eine Bettdecke,
Wenn die Gäste zur Begrüßung für dumm erklärt und veralbert werden, entspricht das in keinster Weise einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Da sollte das Personal dringendes neu geschult werden!

Dear Le Burgundy management team,
First of all, I would like to thank you for your services and I enjoyed my staying. I checked out my room 307 in the early morning around 8:00 AM on Tuesday 19th of March. I just noticed when I arrived I didn’t find my black gold bracelet from Hermes. And, last time I saw was on my room in the time of packing my luggage. Please check with the room service I might left it on the table beside the bed or anywhere in the room. I will be much thankful.
