The Caveau du Palais is above all an incredible place with a terrace, on the charming Place Dauphine of the Ile de la Cité. The chef proposes a refined menu composed of gastronomic dishes combining subtlety and flavours. Traditional dishes with perfect execution, but also classics revisited with audacity: for example a soft-boiled egg, candied pumpkin, emulsion of Brie cheese with hazelnut oil, or cod a la plancha, haddock cream and cauliflower with coriander... The advantages: the Caveau du Palais offers a very good service, gives good advice and has built a nice wine list. In short, an excellent place to return to for a moment of pleasure.

idéalement situé sur l'ile de la cité pour une pause gourmande après une journée de visite à Paris, les plats sont copieux et délicieux. Nous avions pris le camembert roti au miel en entrée et une entrecote ainsi qu une cuisse de canard confite. Les serveurs du Caveau du Palais sont aux petits soins avec les clients de qoui changer d'avis sur le "service parisien"
