The Caveau du Palais is above all an incredible place with a terrace, on the charming Place Dauphine of the Ile de la Cité. The chef proposes a refined menu composed of gastronomic dishes combining subtlety and flavours. Traditional dishes with perfect execution, but also classics revisited with audacity: for example a soft-boiled egg, candied pumpkin, emulsion of Brie cheese with hazelnut oil, or cod a la plancha, haddock cream and cauliflower with coriander... The advantages: the Caveau du Palais offers a very good service, gives good advice and has built a nice wine list. In short, an excellent place to return to for a moment of pleasure.

Le lieu est parfait car situé sur l'ile de la cité ! Nous nous sommes stoppé faire une pause après une journée de visite à Paris et nous n'avons pas été déçu : les plats sont bien remplis, les serveurs sont super sympa et attentif aux clients, l'ambiance est chaleureuse, les prix sont dans la normes. Top ! Je recommande fortement.
