I was likely to leave twice to Japan with Exclusive Travels, once in couple in 2007, once in family (children 5 & 7 years) in April 2016 for the flowering cherry trees… Sophie & Sabine the sisters who run this agency have two me creates custom-made trips, perfectly organised, marked beautiful hotels (Mandarin Oriental, Park Hyatt Tokyo and Kyoto in other) but especially incredible experiences… they know the destination perfectly (they go there regularly) and imagine really privileged moments with excellent guides (especially on the Island of Naoshima), artists (Kyoto), conference guests, or the local personalities… Sophie & Sabine know now perfectly my taste (style of rooms, activities) and those of my children (especially food question!)… I can say that a real privileged relationship settled in the agency, one not bad exchanged to returns to our experiences, with the result that the second stay was successful even more. As for budget, you are in the custom-made and luxury therefore a substantial number but worthy of the experience.

Nous avons choisi cette agence qui se prétend "spécialiste de séjours de luxe au Botswana" pour notre premier safari en Afrique. L'objectif annoncé de ce séjour était la photographie animalière. Cette agence nous a conseillé de nous y rendre en avril et nous a orienté vers 3 lodges de luxe (prix total : 25000€ pour 9 nuits !). A notre arrivée, les hôtels étaient presque vides et nos 3 guides nous ont affirmé que nous étions hors saison. En effet, c'était la fin de la saison des pluies, les terres étaient inondées et les animaux dispersés dans l'Okavango ... A notre retour et suite à nos remarques, notre interlocuteur s'est montré d'une intolérable mauvaise foi afin de se déculpabiliser de ses erreurs. A éviter absolument !
