Conceived in the 1990s, it took over twenty years for the Philharmonie de Paris (concert hall and music venue) to see the light of day. Its architecture, designed by Jean Nouvel, is well worth a visit, with a hull-shaped building topped by a large crest, whose gentle slope has allowed the creation of a rooftop promenade offering superb views over the capital and its suburbs. Inside: a 2,400-seat auditorium with undulating curves, an educational centre, an exhibition hall, studios... Superb!

Un lieu splendide, avec une architecture remarquable, qui offre une expérience exceptionnelle. J’ai eu la chance d’assister pour la première fois à un concert de l’Orchestre de Paris dirigé par Herbert Blomstedt, et c’était tout simplement magique. Quelle que soit votre place dans la salle, tout est conçu pour que chacun profite pleinement du spectacle. Si vous avez moins de 26 ans, pensez aux tarifs réduits ! Une sortie que je recommande vivement à tous les curieux.
