This is one of Emmaüs Défi's two solidarity boutiques, which we obviously don't need to introduce any more, but which we're delighted to know exist, because who can say what tomorrow will be made of? Are you looking for charming second-hand furniture to customize at a low price? Do you like to buy with solidarity, in a useful and sustainable way? Then Le bric-à-brac Riquet is for you! On Wednesdays and Saturdays, you'll find all kinds of furniture at this second-hand store: wardrobes, beds, small occasional furniture... But also household appliances and audiovisual equipment ready for a second life. And, in addition, a wealth of home and decoration items, from crockery and baskets to linen and books. Everything you need to equip yourself smartly! The shop is run by Emmaüs Défi, a member of the Emmaüs movement. Emmaüs Défi employs people in very precarious situations to recover, sort and sell items for people who are far removed from society. Emmaüs Défi's Les Recréateurs workshop also upcycles certain donations with originality and taste. A word of advice: come when the shop opens, as connoisseurs won't waste any time! You can continue your shopping at l'Appartement du Centquatre, rue d'Aubervilliers: the smaller depot contains less furniture, but just as many treasures!
