The daily arrivals of fish and seafood, from coastal fishing, are chosen and negotiated as accurately as possible every morning at the Rungis market, directly from the Fécamp fish market, from the fishmongers of Normandy, Brittany and the Vendée, as well as from carefully selected oyster farmers. Every day, more than 200 seafood products are offered to customers at very competitive prices, but on Sundays at the end of the morning, it is there that we get the best prices. On the other hand, the cooked dishes are generally quite expensive.
