Who doesn't know Fred's Merveilleux? You should definitely fill this gap and run to this pastry chef. Our favourite: a meringue heart coated with chocolate whipped cream, then rolled in dark chocolate shavings and sprinkled with icing sugar, without forgetting the little gourmet touch of Chantilly. Some of our choices are the Impensable with coffee, the Excentrique with cherry, the Magnifique with praline coated with almond and caramelized hazelnut chips and the very last one: the Sans-Culotte with a caramel whipped cream and a crystallized meringue.
