For nearly a century, the Servant chocolatier, founded in 1913 and known as Confiserie d'Auteuil, has been working with a network of confectionery artisans to offer a very wide choice that spans the French regions or even centuries. Old-fashioned sweets are still popular: violets from Toulouse, bergamot from Nancy, stupid things from Cambrai, negus from Nevers, anise from Flavigny, etc. There are also a lot of chocolate specialities, chocolate subjects, fruit pastes, sugared almonds, marshmallows, pralines, marrons glacés, ice creams and sorbets from Berthillon, jams and honeys. La Fée de la Maison Servant, Dominique Autret, today took over the chocolate factory from her parents.

A éviter à tout prix
Normalement, acheter des chocolats est un plaisir. Le moins qu'on puisse c'est que cela n'a pas été le cas pour nous. Nous avions passé une commande de chocolats pour nos clients. L'expérience client a été laborieuse et lamentable. En tout cas, c'est fini pour nous. A éviter à tout prix.

I love this place, large fan of Chocolate which I. It is my favourite Artisan Chocolate Maker, it is authentic, generous, it is confectioner also, and Negus of Nevers, become super rare, it is all the taste of my childhood! Long life in Chocolaterie Servant et with its excellent chocolates! Really, go, especially if you are expert (or not), and the icing on the cake, magnificent shops of time.
