Thierry Maillard's bakery blends Art Deco and modernity in a chic district of the Capital. He left Jacob Street to take over this address in 2011. He's a passion, and since childhood he has always known that he would be a baker. He was able to attract a new clientele, eager for traditional products made in an artisanal way. Breads, pastries are made with some know-how.
