A well-known and recognized brand! The Vadorin tripe shop, run today by Proba Sivasamboo, Maurice Vadorin's successor, is a true embassy of tripe products. The great Parisian chefs are not mistaken, as they usually come to buy their offal there. The amateurs also do not hesitate to cross several districts to get here pork cheeks, sweetbreads and other kidneys. Because everything is extremely tasty and of the best origin.
