Nous avions une réservation au frame restaurant et avons été très bien accueillies même si nous étions arrivées avec beaucoup d'avance! Un service rapide et très attentionné et des plats vraiment raffinés, merci a Vaithy et Amedy et particulièrement Anaïs, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ☺️

Cibo buonissimo e ambiente elegante e curato, servizio pessimo per quando riguarda le cameriere. Da un lato una cameriera ci prende in giro accompagnandoci ad un tavolo senza vista dicendoci che i tavoli con vista, palesemente liberi, fossero ancora occupati; viene poi smentita da un altro cameriere che ci permette di spostarci. Dall’altro lato una cameriera completamente incapace di leggere correttamente la carta degli allergeni affermando che fossero senza glutine piatti
che contenevano glutine.
Riconosciamo peró la gentilezza di un altro cameriere, probabilmente un direttore di sala, che per bilanciare la scortesia delle sue colleghe ci ha offerto da bere.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. I made a reservation in advance and mentioned that we will be celebrating my birthday.
What a shock to me was that they congratulated many other people on their birthday, but they didn't even congratulate me.

We went walkin. It was rainy evening, staff was very accommodating and friendly. But not many options for food if we want veg or chicken options. Drinks were good.

S'accorder pour la réservation s'est avérée un réel chemin de croix grâce à une interlocutrice qui ne souhaitait que l'annulation.
Cela fait, le service laissait à désirer : pas de glaçons pour un whisky, pas de pain pour l'entrée, pas de sel ni de poivre pendant le repas. Tout ça, malgré les multiples demandes.
N'eut été le qui au moins avait son charme on aurait bien pensé à une espèce de discrimination malgré le prix qu'on y met...

Great restaurant with the best view to the Eiffel tower in Paris.
Food is amazing and service is outstanding. Fabricia took great care of us at our table.

Cocktails were nice but service was very slow. Chef's selection of pastries cart took an hour to show up after ordering it.

En 2021, j'ai découvert ce restaurant où l'on pouvait savourer des repas en rooftop avec une vue sur la Tour Eiffel à moins de 100 mètres. Le personnel accueillant assurait un service impeccable. La qualité de la nourriture et des cocktails était excellente.
Bien que l'on ne puisse plus manger sur le rooftop actuellement, la qualité demeure. Je le recommande vivement.

Sanssiz bir zamana geldik sevgililer gunu icin bir menu yapmislar biz begenmedik. Mekana haksizlik ta etmek istemiyorum normal zamanda iyi oldugunu tahmin ediyorum. Talihsiz bir baslangic yaptik karsilama oersoneli cok kotuydu ve saygisiz di , sonrasi bizim icin guzel gecti garsonlar ilgiliydi , normal bir gunde tekrar denemek isteriz.

Nous avons déjeuner au restaurant Frame ce samedi 3 février, et nous avons été ravies!
Cadre très élégant avec déco soigneusement pensée, service très attentionné et accueillant, très bonne cuisine, bref, cela a été parfait.
Cela a été une belle découverte, et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

I came to Paris for a surprise birthday trip with my partner he had booked here for our meal before popping the question and it honestly made the evening, from the moment we stepped in staff were warm and welcoming, every member of staff we spoke to could not have been more polite chatty and helpful it was a different left of customer service, we would definitely come back again if in paris.
The food was also outstanding, thankyou for helping to make the perfect evening.

We booked a table 2 days ago and as we requested, they book a table with Eifel view. Foods were very delicous, we enjoyed much. Thanks to frame restaurant, especially Madame Louise.

J ai choisi ce restaurant car je pensais profiter du ROOFTOP. Ce n a pas été le cas , toutefois nous avons passé une très agréable soirée ds un cadre très chic en commencant par des cocktails puis en degustant des plats savoureux et généreux

Cuisine de qualité mais prix élevé. Longue attente pour plusieurs boissons, nous avons dû les réclamer plusieurs fois.

Ambiance boite de nuit, impossible de parler, le volume a baissé après qq plaintes multiples des clients. Certains clients partent d’ailleurs tres rapidement une fois assis. Les plats arrivent avant l’apéritif et les serveurs « forcent » un peu pour donner les plats !! La salle fait office de réfectoire pour certains employés a priori…. Et les plats sont très décevants, viande quasi immangeable. Lieu sympa mais équipe qui manifestement n’est pas du tout du métier et ne respecte aucun des standards! Allez boire un verre en terrasse mais pour le restaurant, passez votre chemin
