Jean-Jacques Slimani is a happy man in his shop dating back to 1930 and who has not really passed through modernism. He has this classic side that suits the decor. The place is not large, but it contains great vintages. Very old and very expensive vintages are combined with more affordable bottles. This wine cellar is still the nest of amateurs with some means. You are very well received even you leave with your hands empty.

David est un grand caviste, de bon conseil, qui ne force pas à une consommation excessive, et qui propose de tout pour tous. Sa sélection est plus que respectable et très professionnelle. Par ailleurs il est fort sympathique. Il dispose de nombreuses allocations, sans forcément les mettre en avant dans le magasin, ce qui est le signe d'une maison très respectable.
