Gil, the boss, is a charming and knowledgeable person. He has been interested in great and small wines for ages and has chosen them first for pleasure, then for his customers: Bordeaux and Bourgognes in old or recent vintages, and a fine selection on other regions, including Languedoc and Roussillon. The prices are of course varied, but it is possible to enjoy yourself without breaking the bank. In this friendly street of the 14th arrondissement, the shop is unmistakable with its red facade. So we don't hesitate any more: this Cellier d'Alésia will become your wine address in the neighborhood. A favorite of the Petit Futé team!

Le meilleur caviste de Paris selon moi. Ça fait 5 ans que je ne viens qu’ici. L’accueil y est chaleureux, j’ai toujours été très bien conseillée. On vous oriente vers ce qui correspond à votre dîner et/ou budget, mais pas vers le plus cher forcément. Que vous soyez professionnel ou amateur, vous aurez le même accueil et je trouve ça très agreable.

En difficulté pour trouver du vin dans notre budget pour notre mariage, nous avons trouvé tout ce que nous cherchions et en réalité davantage. Les choix proposés, et adoptés sur dégustation, et même pour certains, sans, tant la confiance était là, ont comblé nos invités et nous-mêmes. Merci, Merci, Merci!
