No chemical additives, only natural ingredients, and in the end a vast proposal of a dozen different breads constitutes the soul of the proposal of this bakery like no other. Several so-called "signature" recipes are offered, and it is clear that they are indeed excellent! In parallel, the pastry chef Ophélie Barrès has created no less than 5 pastries especially for the place, which you can only discover here. Beware, they are so successful that you should come early to get them!

Je les ai appelé ac15h30 pour savoir s’ils ont des pâtisseries précises ils me l’ont confirmé puis je susi arrivé devant la pâtisserie a 15h38 précises puis j’ai vu les volets descendre parce qu’ils ont la partir de 15h40.. vraiment pas correct du tout et pas du tout professionnel… je ne reviendrai plus .

Le pain est plus que délicieux. Toujours du jour et il y a plusieurs fournées. Il faut absolument goûter ",le signature" croûte bien croustillante et mieux de pain humide et onctueuse. Les pâtisseries de saison, sont raffinées et pas trop sucrées.
