Le pain Khorasan est délicieux avec une croûte bien croustillante et caramélisée.
Les pâtisseries sont très chères mais il faut reconnaître qu'il y a du travail derrière : on sent que les ingrédients sont d'excellente qualité, les recettes et la présentation sont originales et c'est toujours très réussi et délicieux.
Votre pain Khorazan, je le mange sans rien, comme une gourmandise, une récompense et ça me ravit !
C’est bien dommage… je n’ai pas aimé du tout avec la pâte feuilletée. Déçue !
