You will also find excellent artisan desserts such as Sablinoix or Bourianoix, typical Périgord cakes. Tradition and innovation coexist to offer unique recipes such as duck bowl with tomatoes and basil or Toasti truffles, topping from the famous mushroom. For 26 €, you can taste all the flavours of the region with a box with a block of foie gras, rillettes, duck conflict, nose of Saint John and a good red bergerac bottle.

HONTEUX ! Je devais amener du foie gras chez mes amis ce soir de réveillon, je vérifie l'heure de fermeture sur le site internet 19h30. J'arrive devant la boutique au 16 rue daguerre à 18h40 mais je trouve porte close... la personne encore présente à l'intérieur du magasin devant ma surprise me répond sèchement "nous sommes le 31 décembre nous avons bien le droit de réveilloner nous aussi" rien n'y a fait je suis arrivé sans le foie gras que j'avais promis d'amener chez mes amis. Je trouve vraiment scandaleux de ne pas respecter les horaires affichés et hallucinant pour une maison spécialisée dans ce produit. Ils en vendent beaucoup le 14 juillet ?....
