The products to be consumed on site and/or to take are manufactured at Beaumont-de-Lomagne in the Tarn-et-Garonne, country of origin of the family, in the purest artisanal tradition. They are guaranteed without colouring or preservatives. On the map and on the shelves: the essential foie gras of semi-baked duck, sausage, terrine and blocks, candied of home duck, cassoulets, croustades to apples, etc. Typically the kind of small restaurant that is exchanged by the locals or local workers, but rarely those who know this corner of Paris.

Service irréprochable
Le confit de canard était sec les pommes de terres étaient bonnes mais certaines insuffisamment cuites.
Quant au dessert ( tarte aux pruneaux), il sortait du frigo.
