Anthony Bosson, a former companion of the Tour de France, is known for his flute and his tradition. The offer of bread is very varied, most of which are organic, including old bread, natural levain bread, Alouette bread to cereals, spelt bread, or Versot, honey, grapes and toasted hazelnuts… Pastries and pastries are tasty. Vanilla bottleneck is a fun pleasure, especially for breakfast. A second street address, Mouffetard Street, and even a third in Olympiads, proves that the sign has a loyal clientele and accustomed to the delights proposed here. No more than you.

Le pain, viennoiseries, petite fougasse chèvre, viennoise vraiment pas bon. Sec, dur, arrière goût de farine prononcé et mie ultra compacte (tradition). Plus aucun moelleux !! Je ne reviendrai plus, dommage c’était une excellente boulangerie.

Dommage, je venais ici toutes les semaines, j’ai quitté Paris pour quelques mois et je reviens, les prix sont explosés et la taille des sandwichs est devenue minuscule. 6,50€ pour un sandwich végé qui est tout petit. J’irai d’ailleurs la prochaine fois.

Catastrophique avec le changement de propriétaire. Là où c'était raffiné et original, on est j'en ai l'impression que des gâteaux industriels et du pain banal.
"L'essentiel" tu nous manques. Et pas du tout "merci Jérôme".

Pâtisserie qui a perdu 70% de sa qualité des gâteaux depuis le départ de l'ancien pâtissier. Quel regret, j'étais une excellente cliente famille nombreuses, pas moins de 12 pâtisseries les week-ends + le pain et à les côtés. Je ne viens plus et tentative ce 26 juillet, toujours aussi médiocre et chère. Plus jamais. Le must quartier Mouffetar, allons y...
