Patrick Loustalot-Barbé set up his tea shop in front of the market on Rue de la Glacière more than 20 years ago: in other words, the place is well known to regular customers. You can have tea, chocolate, pastry, but also choose from one of the 250 types of teas on offer. They come from China, Formosa or India. They are generally of great origins set in a kind of rotating library that is very reminiscent of prayer wheels… Patrick Loustalot-Barbé also chooses fine dishes and accessories to accompany tea according to the rules of the art.
