When you are looking for a little calm to work, but you want to get out of the house all the same, go to the dining room of Le Central, and sit comfortably in order to take a moment for yourself! The welcome here is warm, almost family friendly, and you can stay for a coffee or to eat the excellent dish of the day prepared by the chef. If the bistro has a terrace that is more than appreciable on sunny days, be aware that the noise of traffic on rue Tolbiac may disappoint you. But after all, isn't that also the charm of this dynamic neighbourhood café?

A l'écoute de la clientèle même si le service est un peu lent. Bonne qualité des produits dans l'ensemble hormis les encornets en entrée et la purée trop sèche.

Accueil chaleureux dans une ambiance brasserie un peu bruyante à cause de la circulation. La cuisine est très goûteuse, bien présentée et le service est très sympa. Attention, le paiement via l'application The Fork pay n'est pas possible

nous avons apprécié les 2 plats que nous avons pris (hamburger et fish and chips). Ces 2 plats ( a priori très standard) étaient particulièrement goûteux, et le poisson très moelleux (souvent trop sec en friture). Les prix sont abordables avec les 30% de la Fourchette (sinon, plats un peu chers pour une brasserie au déjeuner), mais il y a également une formule du jour (hors réduc)

On s'est régalé. De bons produits et un très bon accueil. Certes le cadre n'est pas idéal mais pour le reste, rien à dire et, cerise sur le gâteau, un très bon rapport qualité prix
