A better worker in France in 2004, Eric Lefebvre and his team work in a cottage, in the heart of Paris since 1989. Entering this boutique is a change in itself, a journey! And under the frame, hang pots of milk, bells and other accessories reminiscent of the traditional habitats of our expensive mountains. It is in this décor that we presented and sold a selection of 180 cheeses from the best producers in many regions of France, depending on the respect for seasons. The Lefebvre family has, in addition to the love of the product. His wife Patricia has a real sense of contact, reception and service, which does not spoil anything and makes this cheese factory a pleasant place to go.
