My first day in Paris, this was my second stop in search for a coffee and for the next 2 days my only stop. The filter and espresso both are really good. Learnt quite a few things about coffee beans and brewing in the interesting discussions at the roastery and tried to emulate them with the Brazil espresso beans at home and was delicious. They are doing really good work. Definitely I will visit again the next time in Paris. Its worth the stop for a delicious cup in case you are in Paris. Small tip: if you see the olive oil cake - get a piece.

Super happy to find a decent coffee bean store in Paris. Finally!

As others have said, Joseph the owner, is a friendly and knowledgeable chap. He advised on his coffee bean selection and I'm looking forward to trying them. The espresso du jour and lemon olive oil cake were also tasty. I will be returning without hesitation.

Très bon petit coffee shop/atelier de torréfaction

Le café est hyper bon ! Le flat white est vraiment pas cher
