Le Retour à la Terre is an organic conservatory orchard in Normandy created by Catherine Chalom and her family. Today, it is also a very pleasant organic shop in the 11th arrondissement, set up under a glass roof a bit like a covered market. Seasonal fruits and vegetables rub shoulders with forgotten fruits and vegetables straight from Catherine's orchard, where fresh produce flirts with frozen foods, where cheese by the slice is just waiting for the bread and wine, where varieties of honey are combined with jams.
