BAPBAP - for Brassée à Paris, Bue à Paris - is a microbrewery born from the passion of two entrepreneurs wanting to produce a local craft beer. In 2014, the company took up residence not far from République in a 1,800m2 building with a metal structure. From grain crushing to bottling, the beers are all produced on site. In the fall of 2022, BAPBAP will offer nine permanent beers, including the Originale (the first to come out of the vats) and three organic beers, as well as ephemeral and barrique beers. Visits on Friday and Saturday.
