The shop is small, in length and the decoration is refined in the rose and brown. We pop our eyes in front of the window so the pastries are beautiful and the colors are explosive. These are pure sins to which one can only succumb. Diamande is the contraction of the diamond and almond word. The idea is to combine the subtlety of original flavours from raw materials with almond or pistachio, fresh fruits such as fig, apricot, pear, etc., with the delicacy of forms worked for refined aesthetics and tasty bites. The recipes are original, inspired by current trends and traditions of the world, especially oriental but revisited. The Diamandises are listed by genre: traditional, spicy, flowery, chocolate, fresh fruit and gluten free. All cakes are very refined, sweet but just right. Baking in pepper is just incredibly well-balanced.

On retrouve les grands classiques comme des goûts + originaux (lavande, citron vert-cassis, coquelicot, piment, barbe à papa…).
Les gâteaux sont goûtus et respectent parfaitement les saveurs indiquées, le sucre est bien dosé (ma gorge ne brûle aucunement après une grosse dégustation d’assortiments).
Mes préférés sont celui au sésame noir et celui au cassis-citron vert. Mais je les ai tous appréciés ! Leur design est également très joli, les formes rappellent la saveur comme pour le coquelicot ou encore le piment, ce qui peut faire forte impression si c’est pour offrir.
L’accueil était également très chaleureux !

Diamande porte bien son nom.
La boutique fait penser à un joaillier.
Et au plaisir des yeux vient s’ajouter les saveurs et ravissement du palais .
Un gros faible pour ceux aux coquelicots et lavande
La pâte d’amandes est fine .
La fleur d’oranger subtile .
Une moyenne de 4 à 6 gâteaux avec un bon thé à la menthe .
