There's no need to write an article on Alain Ducasse, as his name is synonymous with gastronomic excellence... and ice cream! In his boutique on Rue de la Roquette, the chef offers between fifteen and twenty flavours of sorbet and ice cream in seasonal rotation. The menu includes classics such as Peruvian chocolate ice cream, three-vanilla ice cream and creamy pistachio ice cream. But also more daring flavours, such as olive oil ice cream, for Mediterranean flavours, or bread ice cream, for a French touch.

glaces d’une très grande subtilité, parfums magnifiques, peu sucrées, chocolat exceptionnel et sorbets à tomber… enfin un glacier d’exception à Paris (hors Berthillon…)

Goûter de bonnes glaces et sorbets.
Ma préférence va au goût framboise/groseille.

Un pot moyen pour 9€ et l’attente d’un produit hors du commun… Voilà qui crée la déception ! On est très loin d’un talentueux Pierre Geronimi où encore de ce qu’offre plus raisonnablement la glacerie tenue par son MOF. Seul constat : on n’est pas dans le sucre ! Mais pour les gourmands comme moi ça laisse un goût bien fade en bouche. Prenez vos propres épices et autres condiments à saupoudrer si vous cherchez l’éclat des saveurs.
