In fashion, the bio? Undeniably, but that's not why Tanguy Lahaie, Dupain's baker, got there. It's rather a passion for things well done and a desire to regain true authenticity of taste. Also, all products are produced from mill flour (Minoterie Suire and Moulins Bourgeois). It is particularly recommended to taste the bread of the circus, a true emblem of the house.
