Between rue Oberkampf and rue Jean-Pierre-Timbaud, this market, almost entirely invaded by the neighborhood's bobos, is quite important because of the choice offered. About sixty merchants are faithful to the appointment and the quality and prices vary from one stand to another, so take your time among market gardeners, fishmongers, pork butchers and other stalls. The products' quality is unquestionable, and there's everything for you to do a great shopping. However, we will try to avoid (especially on Fridays), coming in the heart of the crowded area (around 11am-12pm), at the risk of getting caught by the crowd, especially on sunny days. If possible, come sooner or later, it will be better!
