Cependant, j'y suis passé plusieurs fois, et toujours le même accueil exécrable !
- Un "bonjour" qui, politesse oblige, leur brûle les lèvres.
- Une attitude qui montre qu'on a l'impression de les déranger - pour être poli.
- Au-delà, aucun intérêt pour le client : alors que plusieurs fois, j'étais le seul client présent à ce moment, aucun accueil, aucun conseil, aucune attention.
- Service déplorable, si tant est qu'on puisse alors parler de service.
