FÉDÉRATION FRANÇAISE D'AIKIDO AIKIBUDO ET AFFINITAIRES
Read moreThe FFAAA consists of three disciplines based on defence techniques in bare hands or with weapons such as bokken, sabre of wood, and tanto, wood knife. Aikido uses the power of the adversary, with the aim of reducing his attempt at aggression. This ancestral martial art revolves around the concept of self-defence: a proportionate and immediate response to an attack. Aïkibudo is a more recent discipline combining tradition and modernity, and kinomichi favours a two-, flexible, fluid and dynamic practice and works for the mutual construction of partners.
