THÉÂTRE ARTISTIC-ATHEVAINS
The place was a tavern named Artistic for some time, when in 1913 he became a café-concert called Folies Arts. In the 1920 s, he led the Artistic concert and presented magazines, operettas and vaudevilles. In 1933, this chamber was transformed into a cinema, the Artistic Voltaire. The company Les Athévains settled there in 1980. All kinds of pieces are explored in this establishment, from Eugène Labiche to Serge Valletti. There is a room of two hundred square places, plus a studio of one hundred and seventeen seats. Original: in its Café des Livres, one can exchange one book on the theatre against another. Note in case: the Artists-Athévains offers rental costumes as well as rehearsal studios.
