You'll enter a boutique - two boutiques, in fact - entirely dedicated to Alsace. Every day, Schmid invites you to share the best of a region with a rich gastronomic heritage: sauerkraut, charcuterie, sausages, munster, horseradish, sweet and savoury kouglof, Alsatian wines, not forgetting the famous plain pretzels or pretzels au gratin with bacon, undoubtedly the best in Paris. The delicatessen section is also well-stocked, so you'll find almost everything Alsace has to offer...
