In May 2003, a new kind of glacier opened its doors in the heart of Turin. About ten years later, the GROM brand has more than 70 shops around the world! The reasons for this success? The desire of Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom, the creators of the brand, to source only high quality raw materials. ORGANIC whole milk and eggs for the ice creams, water from the Sparea spring, and fruit largely from the GROM farm for the sorbets. No need to look for colours, artificial flavours, preservatives and other emulsifiers in these ice creams, you won't find any. The ice creams are whipped before being put in a jar (or in a gluten-free cone), which gives them a creamy texture that is quite impressive. On the flavour side, we are indeed in the natural product, and some flavours are almost addictive. Italian ice cream like in the old days, but better! On June 30, 2016, a second Grom address was opened in Paris at 19 sur Soufflot, in the 5th arrondissement, and other boutiques should soon be opening all over the capital...
