1. Celebrate Halloween at Parc Astérix to thrill young and old alike
It's the end of October and everyone is shivering as Halloween approaches. Aren't you? Are you one of those die-hard Romans who still resist fear? That's what we'll find out when Fear in the Park returns from 4 October to 11 November. This year, to make you tremble even more than in previous years, there will be new zones, the Steel Blades camp and two original creations from the park: Le Dernier Brasier and Brakkor: l'Affrontement. Haunted houses for older children and encounters with creatures in Dogmatix's forest - it's all part of a great family scare.

2. Disneyland Paris: a bewitching Halloween for all the family
Everyone knows Disneyland for its magic and the stars it brings to children's eyes. But do you know the park at Halloween? Amid giant pumpkins, iconic villains take over the park to send shivers down your spine. You can attend the themed show of the season: Mickey's Halloween Celebration, to discover Mickey and his friends as prankster spirits. If you drop in at the Lucky Nugget Saloon, beware! The Unlucky Nugget Saloon, renamed for the occasion, will be transformed into a haunted saloon with gloomy decorations and... special menus. Villains in action, Mickey and Minnie as prankster spirits and the Lucky Nugget Saloon revisited, that's what you're after! 3. Futuroscope, one of the theme parks where you don't celebrate Halloween but Futuroween
What is the name of the Halloween event at Futuroscope? Hint, that's easy, it's a combination of the two. Can't you guess? This year, from 18 October to 11 November, come and enjoy Futuroween. The atmosphere will be different from usual, with Dr Froussard and the Rabbids invading the park. The programme will include a 3D film of La Famille Monstre (The Monster Family), and the buffet at Table Arthur will be filled with horrific dishes. Finally, to end the day in terror and to make you bristle even more, Grocauchemar will be putting on his show.

4. Europa-Park, one of the theme parks where you can celebrate Halloween
What if vampires invaded the Spanish quarter and the Netherlands was hit by a terrible storm? What would happen? Find out from 27 October to 2 November, as Europa-Park goes into Halloween mode. There will be shows, parades and special attractions for all the family and, for those over 16 looking for a thrill, Traumatica, a visit to a haunted house, might just give them what they're looking for.

5. Puy du Fou, the park where Halloween becomes a legend
As you read this selection, you're thinking that it's not for you. You hate being scared, but spending an evening in front of a fairytale film doesn't tempt you any more than that. Unlike other parks, the Puy du Fou presents the All Saints' Day Fair, from 3 October to 1 November. Every evening, a grandiose show featuring a visit from François I accompanied by his royal retinue. Celebrating Halloween at the Puy du Fou won't make you tremble - well, maybe... with excitement.

6. Nigloland, the theme park where Halloween rhymes with thrills and pumpkins
From 7 October to 11 November, Nigloland invites you to its new edition of Nigloween. Between Cosmos, the new show to end the day as it should be (with a scare), Anomalie, the demonstration of the beauty of the circus and its terror, and Rocktober Fest, the rock concert, you should have a spookily fun Halloween. During your visit to the park, the monsters will be coming your way to play traps and practical jokes, so watch out!
Good to know if you're one of the bravest and your mantra is "don't be scared". Hang on to the anti-monster badge handed out at the entrance and... beware!

7. PortAventura World, one of the theme parks that makes Halloween an adventure combining fear and fun
A dozen haunted houses, some of which are accessible to children, vampires attacking cowboys in the Wild West, a Halloween Birthday Parade... it's enough to make you want to go (or rather to give you the chills)! For Halloween, PortAventura World is getting a makeover, with giant pumpkins, misty paths and corners covered in cobwebs. Join us from 20 September to 11 November for the ultimate scare.

9. La Mer de Sable celebrates Halloween 2025 with 4 new attractions
From 4 October to 2 November 2025, La Mer de Sable presents its ninth edition of Halloween, l'Épouvantable Mer de Sable. This year's new features include Mission Fantômes, where the aim is to challenge the ghosts around the Shadow Express, the Haunted Motel, the immersive show Le Train des Âmes and the revamped Wild Buffalo. With over 2,000 pumpkins scattered around the park and ever spookier attractions, your Halloween is sure to be a success.

10. At Walibi Rhône-Alpes, we don't celebrate Halloween but Waaaloween
Waaaloween runs from 4 October to 11 November at Walibi Rhône-Alpes. With spooky decors, haunted houses, spellbinding shows and entertainment for young and old, it's the promise of a complete immersion in the world of Halloween. What's new this year?
