Higher education Rueil-Malmaison

Richelieu Lyceum is one of the famous public establishments of the Hauts-de-Seine. It welcomes more than 2 000 students in the renovation and extension facilities (the end of the work is scheduled for 2014). All the ferry lines (S, L, ES, tsis) are proposed and four artistic lessons are taught (plastic arts, history of the arts, music and theatre). The most motivated pupils will be able to integrate the European sections in English and German, or the AbiBac section (simultaneous German and French bachelor); high-level artists and sports enthusiasts will be able to benefit from the established timetables. Also note, on the technical routes, that high school has opened an IST preparatory class for students wishing to access major engineering schools, and has been proposing for a decade for the superior students a technical-commercial BTS.

This institute is attached to Stell Hospital, where courses, amphitheatre and classrooms are located in the basement. The training accommodates about students each year, who effecteront their courses in the Hauts-de-Seine and Yvelines.

At the entrance to the Saint-Cucufa forest, the Madeleine-Daniélou center, named after the founder of the Saint-François-Xavier community, is a Catholic school under contract with the French state. It opened in 1970, following the transfer of the Sainte-Marie-de-Passy school from the ^16th arrondissement of Paris to Rueil-Malmaison. It caters for around 1,100 students, all girls, from sixième to terminale, as well as four mixed classes of preparatory students in the literary and economics and business streams. The training is renowned for its high standards.

The Passy-Buzenval Hall is a private Catholic college under contract with the brothers of Christian schools, which today hosts more than 2 300 pupils. It is the male counterpart of the Daniélou centre right next door. A difference, however, because high school classes are mixed, even though there are very few girls. In addition to sections S, ES and L, technical and professional classes are prepared for the 2 D (science and technology science and sustainable development) ferry and the pro ELEEC ferry (electrical engineering, energy and communications equipment). Two higher education courses are also exempted: an ATI BTS (engineering technical assistance) and a preparatory class for the major PTSI schools (physics, technology and engineering sciences) PT (physics physics). With a wide and very green framework, Passy-Buzenval has many sporting facilities: sports rooms, rugby and football fields, athletics and basketball stadium and a swimming pool.
