A temple to Corsican gastronomy, this charming restaurant offers a wide range of dishes at excellent value for money.
The temple of Corsican gastronomy: the Villa Corse (and don't forget to add the "2A" to indicate which part of the island you're talking about!). Featuring a large dining room and a VIP lounge for 8 people, the place showcases all the gastronomic wonders of Corsica, from octopus à la Bastiaise to honey-roasted goat's bruschetta and even traditional desserts such as Fiadone. We also recommend the charcuterie & Corsican cheese board. Excellent value for money for this fine restaurant.

Nous avons diner un samedi soir dans ce restaurant et nous avons apprécié la qualité des produits, de la cuisine et de l'accueil.
Petit bémol, mais certainement parce que nous étions un samedi soir, quelques plats manquaient pour le service.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

* Les migliac(c)i : ce sont des crêpes et non pas une espèce d'omelette cuite au four, mais pas si mauvaise soit dit en passant
* Le brucciu n'existe pas, on dit le brucciu
* Le fiadone, normalement c'est juste du brocciu, du sucre, des oeufs et du citron (ou cédrat), pas de farine ou de maïzena s'il vous plaît.
Le service est sympa, mais la salle est très bruyante.
