Laura and Alexandre have set up shop in the heart of Lesparre's pedestrian street. Authentic bistro cuisine in a warm and welcoming setting. In fine weather, the beautifully renovated dining room gives way to a pleasant shaded terrace. Enjoy homemade country terrine, roasted cherry tomato tartine with almond and Serrano pesto, or beef fondant with red wine sauce... Homemade desserts are also an invitation to indulge: brioche perdue with caramel, pear with red wine... The service is impeccable and smiling. A fine address in Lesparre.
