Tournedos Rossini, lobster salad and saint-Jacques, crisp langoustines langoustines, filet fillet with tonka beans, ris calf in lavande, lavender poached pears and lost bread, Crèpes Suzette, tartare foam strawberry tartar, so many dishes that enrich a quality card. Speciality of the house: the base of feuilleté from calf to the St. Jacques. A delight!
