Thanks to its exclusive manufacturing process, a long fermentation and the secret of a well-kept recipe, it has a soft straight with soft almond and pine notes, as well as exceptional crisp. It includes sesame, flax, cereals… and sweet and salted rolls. The Tradition wand made with a home made yeast is also a real discovery.

La baguette "Pétrisane" a été récompensé par le guide des "papilles d'or" en Essonne.
Je recommande le pavé "Pétrisane", pain qui peut être tranché et qui se conserve plusieurs jours .
