A historic hotel with traditional architecture and wooden balconies, an interesting place to stay.
The Hôtel de la Plage, formerly Chez Magne, and now in the hands of Nicolas Lascombes, is not new... It was founded in 1860 by foresters from Gujan and Arcachon, who began building pontoons and resin huts... The establishment served as their canteen and dormitories. Although the Hôtel de la Plage has undergone many changes over the years and is currently undergoing renovation, the building is listed and has retained its traditional architecture with wooden balconies. Don't miss its reopening in 2024.

Tout était parfait, le personnel et le goût des plats ! Un endroit très agréable à tous les points de vue. Nous avons été servis sans aucune attente alors que le restaurant était complet.

Bénéficiaire d'un cadeau pour 2 personnes dans ce restaurant, commandé et payé à la Conciergerie prestataire de cet établissement pour la composition suivante: 1 coupe de Champagne, entrée, plat dessert, une bouteille de vin pour deux, une bouteille eau minérale, café, pour le prix de 94 € par personne. En fait le restaurant nous annonce de faire un choix ne dépassant pas 94 € "pour les deux personnes". Ainsi nous avons consommés, un plat et un dessert, un verre de vin et une carafe d'eau, QUELLE DECEPTION.

On adore cet endroit hors du temps sur le Bassin, très typique, l'accueil y est toujours jovial et la nourriture délicieuse. Un très bon moment passé en famille .
